The business is led by Dave Kopycinski, founder of DPK Change Solutions. With a lifelong career in education, Dave has guided countless young people—including his own children—through the challenges of high school and the HSC. After leaving the classroom, he moved into vocational education, where he gained a deep understanding of the employment services market and the needs of job seekers. Dave’s experience bridges education and workforce development, giving him the insight and skills to empower people from all walks of life to navigate change and build brighter futures.
