High School Navigator

The High School Navigator service is a program to support families as they guide their kids through the complexities of the Australian education system. This program provides families with essential tools and resources to collaboratively set academic goals and develop effective study habits. Through structured sessions, families will engage in discussions about their strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations, enabling them to create a personalized academic plan. The High School Navigator emphasizes open communication and support, helping families to build a strong foundation for academic success. Participants will also learn how to track progress toward their goals and navigate school expectations confidently.

  • Families complete a survey that informs the development of an individualized academic plan tailored to their needs.
  • Families are coached through the framework and together co-develop a plan for the pre-identified goals.
  • Families receive three formalized check-ins over the next three months to review and adjust their plans for ongoing support.
  • Participants receive additional resources and contact information for continuous engagement.

Key Outcomes

  • Families develop tailored academic plans that clearly outline goals and strategies to support their student’s success throughout their educational journey.
